Kirk Snyder, architect
Before founding KSA in 2019, Kirk gained over 15 years of design and project management experience in high-end, custom residential projects for renowned firms in Los Angeles.
Kirk is incredibly passionate about homes from the turn of the century through mid-century, a vernacular seen throughout Los Angeles. The details and craftsmanship of these early homes represent artistry, quality, and care. Through this lens, the studio takes a holistic view in crafting each of its projects, focusing on attention to detail, quality construction, and thoughtful design catered to each client.
He has had the privilege of working on historic homes originally designed by such great LA architects as Wallace Neff and Gerard Colcord.
Kirk is LEED-certified for sustainable design and is a licensed architect in California.
