Having worked with notable landscape and interior designers, contractors, and specialty trades, KSA understands the importance of a solid team to bring every project to fruition.

Nostalgia often attracts KSA initially to a project; there is joy in taking a classic yet modern approach while utilizing new technologies to breathe freshness and life back into each home.

Our Process

The studio offers complete architectural services, specializing in custom residential projects. Beginning with concept design, we believe it is essential to allow the client to share their needs and desires for the project; always listening and absorbing all information to ensure we begin on the right path and setting realistic expectations for budget, timing, and site-specific requirements. During Schematic Design (SD), concepts are put onto paper, and the outline for the project begins to unfold through floor plans, elevations, and other analyses. Following SD, during Design Development (DD), the project truly takes shape, as seen through the exploration of interior volumes. Thorough construction documents (CDs) are then developed, holding all of the instructions needed to permit, bid, and build your project. And finally, during the construction phase (CA), KSA provides effective and organized communication to allow the entire project team to work towards the established timeline and budget.
